Job Description: AR Associate (Semi Voice Process)
Job Profile:
The job involves analysis of receivables due from healthcare insurance companies and initiation of necessary follow-up actions to get reimbursed. This will include a combination of voice and non-voice follow-up along with undertaking appropriate denial and appeal management procedures. On the job training will be provided.
Required Skills:
1. Undergraduate/Graduates (Any Stream)
2. Should possess good oral and written communication skills
3. Prior exposure in a customer service not mandatory.
4. Fresher with good communication skills can also apply!!!
5. Willingness to work in night shift as per US Time Zones
6. Typing speed of minimum 25 wpm is preferred
7. Ability to work with speed & accuracy
Job Location : Mumbai (Airoli Mindspace)
**Saturday & Sunday Fixed Shift and Fixed offs.**
