Designation: Call Centre Executive/ Tele Marketing Executive/BPO
Industry:IT/Software
Qualification: Under Graduate/ Any Graduate
Key skills: Convincing Skills, Knowledge in sales, candidate having experience in international Process added advantage.
No. of vacancies: 3 or above
Desired Candidate: Preferably Female or male with good communications
Experience : Minimum 6 Months with international BPO is mandatory.
Package: Salary is not concern for a Right candidate

Willing to work in Night Shifts.

• Reporting to the BPO Sales Team Lead Manager.
• Identifying & pursuing new Prospects in USA.
• Champion the effort.
• Answer phones professionally.
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Identify and escalate priority issues.
• Route calls to appropriate resource.
• Follow up customer calls where necessary.
• Complete call logs and call reports.
• Attending the calls of clients and dial calls to customers targeted and specified per day.
• Lead generation
Work Location : Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.
