• Learn identified processes from CND and LND processes
• Build-up detailed knowledge on core CND systems:
Main Applications to be used :
Customer Data Integration system (CDI)
- D & B Based Applications
Genius
• Assist Team Leader in documenting all aspects of the Process in detail including process manuals, workflows and detailed process maps.
• Report progress and performance made periodically to Team Leader.
• Interact on a daily basis with Team Leader on business issues.
• Develop himself / herself as a Subject Matter Expert and a role model on the CDI system.
• Ensure complete adherence to defined Service Level Agreements – productivity, turn-around-time, and accuracy.
• Perform the following main CND tasks :
Good computer skills (especially MS Excel (advanced level), MS Word (advanced level), and MS Access (Intermediate).
