·         Coordinating with US Team through online

·         Verification of Customer details by calling them and diverting the calls        to US Team.

·         Any Graduates with 0 – 1 year experience in Voice process in                 supporting US Team

·         Should be Internet, Keyboard savvy. Knowledge on Ms-Office.

·         Fresher’s with excellent  communication skills also eligible

·         Flexibility to work in a 24x7 work environment & must be willing to           work in rotational shifts

·         Preferred collections experience.
